Portal Download
Access bulk data exports and large report downloads queued for processing.
Portal Download is where you access data exports. When you request a report, it is queued here for processing. Once ready, you can download the file.

How It Works
- You request a data export from any report page (e.g., clicking CSV)
- If the data is large, it is queued for processing
- The request appears in Portal Download
- Once processing completes, the download link becomes available
- You download the file from this page
Accessing Portal Download
Navigate to REPORTS > Portal Download from the sidebar.

- The file downloads to your computer
Tip
Large files may take several minutes to generate. You can leave this page and return later to download.
Common Questions
Q: How long does it take to process an export?
Processing time depends on the data size. Small exports complete in seconds, large exports may take several minutes.
Q: How long are download links available?
Download links typically expire after a few days. If expired, simply request the export again.
Q: Can I request multiple exports at once?
Yes, you can have multiple exports processing simultaneously.
Q: Why did my export fail?
Common reasons include:
- Very large date range
- System temporary issues
Try again with a smaller date range if needed.
Q: What file format are the exports?
Exports are typically in CSV format, which can be opened in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet application.
Best Practices
- Check status before leaving: Note if your export is processing so you know to return
- Download promptly: Download files before they expire
- Use reasonable date ranges: Very large ranges may time out
- Keep downloaded files: Save exports to your computer for records
